Research on parents and older children whose parents have separated

ARE YOU A PARENT WHO HAS EXPERIENCED SEPARATION?

ARE YOU AN OLDER ADOLESCENT OR YOUNG ADULT WHOSE PARENTS HAVE SEPARATED?

WOULD YOU LIKE TO TELL US ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCES?

Whether these were good, bad or indifferent, they are all important to developing understanding of how families get along together after divorce and separation. Shared care is becoming more common, particularly in Australia and this, along with other forms of parenting arrangements, can help children to adjust and develop successfully after their parents are not together anymore.

We are seeking parents and older adolescents or young adults who can complete a survey about their experiences. The online surveys are completely confidential and anonymous. Your parent/older adolescent or young adult will not be able to access your responses to the survey. It will only take 20 minutes to complete (separate survey for parents and for adolescents/young adults).

To tell us about your experiences please follow the instructions at –

Please direct any queries to Leanne Francia at email Leanne.Francia@research.usc.edu.au

The researchers and the University of the Sunshine Coast thank you for your consideration
